Mission

The mission of the Center for Global Development, Technological Change and Entrepreneurship in the School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences is to stimulate the comparative study of theories, institutions, policies and ideas that make societies free and prosperous. The Center is interdisciplinary in nature and employs the scientific tools of economics, geospatial science, criminology, sociology, political science, public policy and public affairs. In this way, the Center aims to encourage discussion and research that incorporate diverse viewpoints from different academic disciplines.
